Building a drop name system

Hi,

I want to catch some low profile domains. I am building websites (range is at PTS: Unique Content Written By Experts....) and I need an automated system.

Would anyone fancy quoting the price for providing a specification and outline as to how I might do this. I want to:

a. Query for dropping or dropped domains.
b. Look at the stats for the name (any history etc).
c. Check if it is registered.
d. Purchase it (probably manually if it fits).

I can figure this out myself but it's easier for me to pay someone to point me in the right direction.
