Can Anyone Else See Me in the Google Results for Black Friday?

When I search for "Black Friday" on Google, I can see my Google Plus update in the search results, at position two in the organic results (the one that says "Here's a list of major UK retailers that are running Black Friday sales" by Chris High).

I just wondered whether anyone else can see this? I ask because it doesn't seem to be bringing me that much traffic.

I don't see any mention of you, even if I change the results to UK only. Are you logged in to Google when you're doing your search?

Yes I am. I imagine that's why I'm seeing my own Google Plus update. I doubt other people are seeing it, I was just wondering.

Will be personalised results, Link Assistant Rank tracker is a good place to look at checking your real "outside world" ranks for various platforms and Geo's, There is a demo you can use for free but just prevents you from saving your campaigns and generating reports.
