I think this could work well as a site that lists high carb food and suggests tips on removing them from your diet etc. The .org.uk would work well for such a site.

Hi. This one probably would not be valuable for resale right now because of the extension, the fact that it is not a specific product/service, and perhaps also because of the length ("carbs" would be better). However, it certainly has development potential as Mat said. Once there is a little content and traffic, the name itself is attractive enough that it might sell then. Best of luck.

Carbs are of real interest to diabetics who are trying to manage their blood glucose levels. Given type 2 diabetes is on the rise there is certainly potential in tapping that market.
