Yes, but as you know it needs exact details and really you must have your own TAG. It's a lot less 'free' when you look at the hastle involved.

Doesn't take much, just ask for a domain to get the whois from, an admin email address, and then use the automaton to send a release request after the transfer part. Yes, a bit of work, but free and would help with sales...
