You could try this, I've used 'Easy Directory Manager' before, but not their Real Estate version which looks OK too.

Drupal, Joomla, and Wordpress all have an extensive library of modules that should give you the functionality you want. Will probably take some serious development though, especially if you're going to have extensive traffic.
