.co rip off renewal charges at 123-reg

Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the .co I registered renew for £35.99 via 123-reg.co.uk, does anyone else think that's a complete rip off?

Best check my other weird extensions to see if i'm going to get ripped off with those also.

That is expensive, I thought it was expensive at namecheap at 22.99USD a pop. Transfers in to namecheap are probably cheaper, check that out.

Just found this, it appears 123-reg is one of the most expensive to renew on..

Indeed 123-reg offer some good 'first year' registration rates. But after that first year even Godaddy put them to shame on alternative tld's renewal rates

I've just cancelled the next renewal, can't be bothered with using multiple registrars.

It's not a domain worth anything to anyone else, I just registered it because it's icodes.co, only using it for a demo Wordpress plugin site.
