.com domaion expired how do i get it? expired in may

a domain i want expired in may, and it still is not available to the market.. is there a way i can get it with out making a backorder or using the expensive snapnames...

check out snapnames and pool they'll show you when it will be available and you can backorder it

in a word No,
snap have a exclusive with Network Solutions, if the name is from there, and its a good one, its going to go to bid.

Pool pick will get just about everything else, but again, if the name is popular expect to go to auction.

Snapnames are not expensive unless the domain has value.

What I would say is its clear that registrars are holding back good names, the days where everything drops are gone.
