Ok wondering what the intellegence is here on this issue.

I have a customer whoes previous web company registered his domain names in there name and not his.

Whats actions can he take to gain control of his names and get them back?

what are the costs and the time implications?

cheers rob

What if its a .com domain ?

How easy are those situations to rectify?
