i am considering a .co.uk domain, its whois page is showing non-UK location in "Registrant's address" section, but its "Registrar" is showing a UK address.
also its Data validation status is not validated.

how it can be possible to register a .co.uk domain with Non-Uk address?
what would be possible risks in buying such domain?
