It would be useful if they'd email on each morning that they do scheduled maintenance. I read the emails they send a few weeks before but I've usually forgotten by the time the actual day comes round.

Seems a silly time to test their systems. Can't check whois or log into online services - also sold a domain and initiated transfer earlier today to an overseas buyer - Hopefully it will be restored soon.
