Domain about to expire? Can I pay for someone to get the domain I want?

Hi

I have found a domain that is about to expire (Renewal date: 09-Jul-2011) and wondered what the best way to go about catching it would be? I am happy to pay someone for the service.

I'm presuming it's a *.uk domain? If so, it won't drop until October so you'll need to ask a bit closer to the time...

That is if they don't renew it at any point until the drop date.

With a renewal date still just under a few weeks away, don't be surprised if it gets renewed and doesn't expire.

However, if it is left to expire, and is of some quality then it will be caught by a drop catcher.

There are public drop catchers you can book the name with, who will attempt to get it for you. There are also private catcher who may sell it to you afterwards.

Its probably best to book it with as many catchers as possible if its decent and if it goes to a private only catcher then be prepared to part with some money for it
