Have people been asking for appraisals on domains they don't own?

Shouldn't be allowed - I wouldn't want someone posting one of mine up for an appraisal without my permission.

I certainly agree with this stance on the public forum. I haven't seen anyone openly asking receiving appraisals of names they don't own though.

if anyone sees someone asking for an appraisal on a domain they dont own just report it and admin or a mod will remove it.
