Nominet Domain Cancellation

Normally I see domains cancelled by positive@nominet, however, I've just had one cancelled by barbara@ominet is this right has anyone else seen this before? (I didn't renew the domain so was expecting it to be deleted anyway)

Hi,

We had a system outage last week during which the cancellation process was interrupted. As a result we manually rescheduled a number of domain names to be cancelled. During this manual process an error was made that resulted in barbara@omimet being used instead of the usual system address.

I hope this clarifies what happened and we apologise for any confusion caused.
