Domain catching

So theres a domain that is about to delete that I want to catch (org.uk). How do I go about doing this? Im guessing I pay someone for a "slot" but dont really know how this works or whose "slot" to use!

As wizard says book with all of them and any private catchers that offer no catch no fee.

I think Edwin also posted a list of catchers a few months ago, could be worth seraching for that.
