There is a quite neat keyword loan co_uk domain dropping this month, but it has a trademark for those exact keywords. Is there a way to check if the company is going into liquidation and the domain therefore can be purchased with little risk or should i stay clear.

Thanks
Gary

I checked and found a couple of companies names using this trademark. 1 was resolved and the other is not dissolved. But the address of this company doesn't match the address of the trademark.

Not sure whether to book it or not.

It only has 2400 local exacts and almost £3 cpc but quite a nice brandable name.

What would you do?

Tricky one, would you need to use the domain for the same use as the TMs? (As there are 2 TMs I assume there must be more than one use for the domain?)
