Yup resold onwards (forms with nom thus whois not updated yet), price was £2k + charitable donation by the purchaser to smooth over a few rough edges so a win win situation for all concerned.

Depends on the domain name Charlie - if it's londonproperties then you've got a winner but if its a suburb or area of London I wouldn't think it would be as good as a county. i.e. northlondonproperties is available
