When 123 reg automatically renew names that you don't want to renew! especially when one of them is millenniumdomecasino.com:mad:
 
Do you have your email address set in their control panel?

I get messages every day about some domain or other.

Dear Customer,


According to our system the following domain(s) have not been
renewed via 123-reg.co.uk and the expiry date(s) have passed.

And then when you do want to renew a name you've had for years, they charge you for it (on 13 June, the exiry date) but don't renew it. It then gets removed form their "renew list" in control panel so you can't do it again and try and sort out the refund later.

Has anyone ever had an answer to any support questions in their new support system?

Ive used their new support contact form twice in the past 2 weeks. The first request took 3 hours to action and email me back, the 2nd, just under an hour!

Wow I'm impressed, guess they must have forgotten about me after a month even though I keep updating the same one with "...still waiting...."

Think I'd better do another one and try that.

I have had the same improved service recently, answers certainly the same day. I presume they have managed to get some more staff at the new HQ. Before that I was waiting weeks with no reply.

I added a new question immediately after my post above 2 days ago! and STILL no answer (other than the automated one) !

Maybe I need one of you lot to ask them for me before I have to try and catch my OWN domain that I've had for years.
 
i hate it when ukreg, tricked me into paying 10 years for my domain, a simple *click here for more info* n bang 10 years added... about 75£ i think it cost....

oh well >.<

I had two domains with them that were not in my control panel due to them being previously owned by a customer of theirs when I bought them. I put two support requests in to get this sorted so I could move them to my TAG and renew them and waited about 4-6 weeks with no reply. Finally I had to phone them up to sort it out before they dropped and then once it was all sorted I got a reply from the first request the following day:rolleyes:

Got a reply from them today from support question raised 22/06/2007 12:29 and now all sorted at last. Only a month !
