Download ecommerce site to db/spreadsheet

One of my suppliers have given me a spreadsheet which is horribly out of data.

Is there anyway of downloading all of their products into a db or spreadsheet?

I'm pretty sure they're using oscommerce if that helps.

Shy of having them run a php file and access the oscommerce database to extract the data, or even a php app within an oscommerce shell (so they don't need to give you database info, just upload a file) there isn't alot you can do without ripping their site, stripping it out programmatically and building your own database.
