Dropcatcher - first catch

I have just had an email from dropcatcher saying they have caught a domain for me. i have not used them before so not sure what i do now, can i just transfer the tag holder to my current provider or will i have to arrange throught them?

I will contact Dropcatcher after the holidays, i just wanted to see if anyone could advise me before then.

I caught one yonks ago with them and transferred it easily to 123-reg.co.uk.

They didn't charge a transfer-away premium. Can't remember what the process was though.

just reply to the dropcatch mail and ask Chris to retag to whatever tag you want... make sure it's valid!!
