Thanks guys. Really enjoyed reading the article on DN Journal about him. I would really love to be my own boss one day and work within the domain industry as well. So far I'm having to work a full time job to pay the bills but I keep tinkering on sites at night hoping to learn and build a liveable income.

Gone are the days of easy ranking based on domain name alone, so if you want to make money you now have to build a quality site, i.e. lots of hard work to see a return. Build a great site by visiting Edinburgh and taking lots of photos and videos and adding quality info and you'll have a quality site that will start to get traffic, attract advertisers and generate revenue. Anything less and you'll get nowhere. The fact that now the domain won't automatically rank you by itself has reduced it's attraction considerably so you're unlikely to see a decent sale.

Thanks accelerator. That was what I was planing on doing as I live bear Edinburgh. I've just got so many other things on the go and needing finished off at the moment. Might stick it back on the shelf for later.
