Guys...

I know I don't have a good rep on AD, however I want to assure you the sale of this domain will be completed. I sold a domain to TURNIC achieve.co.uk, this sale did not go smoothly as I had problems with my Sedo account. But we did complete the sale in the end.

The choice to bid is yours, the domain is for sale and will be sold to the highest bidder.

Thanks

Hi, I was thinking about placing a bid at ebay. Just concerned that the winning bidder at Sedo owns the name rather than you. How does that work? Has that situation been resolved? Also, will you accept payment via Escrow.com in the event of a winning bid? Good name!

I own the domain...

Like I said in a previous post, I was not aware of the domain name auction on Sedo. Also, Sedo have not contacted me about the auction or the sale.

Yes, you can use Escrow.com to handle the transfer/payment...however I am not aware of their charges. Please bid with confidence as this domain will be sold to the highest bidder.

Thanks.

That's not quite accurate. What you actually said before was:

As far as I am concerned I had this domain listed on Sedo...
It sounds like a valid concern that 'Bidder 3' who won the Sedo auction might now have a rightful claim to ownership of the domain, since the auction is binding.

It would be useful to have some clarification on this point, perhaps Sedo can help?

Thanks,

P.

Who is 'I' ?

Are you MOSH as well? Who sold (after a fuss) achieve.co.uk ?

I was not aware of the domain name auction on Sedo

As it has been pointed out above, you cannot have it both ways :)

Please bid with confidence as this domain will be sold to the highest bidder.

But then it might be resold in future?

To be honest my advice would be to contact the winning bidder of its first auction to make sure they are happy to let the auction go.

This plus 'no paying bidder' on ebay doesnt look too good.

If MOSH and INTERSCOPE are the same person then both could mutally boost - I swear it was in the red the other day! I must get my eyes checked!

Yeah he needs red feedback so we can have a little warning about him.

Its supposed to take ages to build feedback up

real

Yeh, please..........what is the reality? I need to make a bid on this but the ebay feedback is rubbish and the questions in this thread have not been answered fully. I'm glad that you take Escrow, so we are half way there already. Please just clear up the Q's above. Many thanks, great name!

I was registered as user MOSH, however as I explained somewhere in this thread, I was getting loads of spam mail on the email I used to register MOSH with so I re-registered under Interscope (which is my trading name). As for the auction that was running for this domain name, that has been cancelled and all parties who bid on it prior to it closing were informed by Sedo via email. I still own the domain name (check the whois). Sedo closed my account for reasons I cannot explain as yet (this is being resolved with them at present). A lot of problems were caused by them closing my account as I had another domain name achieve.co.uk which was sold via Sedo auction and I was unable to complete the transaction. It was only by chance I found out that a AD member had won that one, so after resolving our differences we completed the sale over a month ago. As I understand it TURNIC has posted the issue now closed. The Ebay account I am using is a family members account so the feedback does not represent my trading history, I am not big on selling domain names through Ebay but after Sedo closing my account it has left me with no choice but to use them. If you bid and you win, you can pay via paypal, cheque (to my business account which is in the name of Interscope) or escrow service. All safe and secure.

If anyone still has any questions please PM me.
