Fasthosts - don't support transfer of .UK extension

Just to be aware that Fasthosts don't support a .UK domain transfer in, although you can register directly with them.

"...we do not yet support transfer of the new .uk domain extensions. We do not have specific timeframe as to when will this be supported however you can host it with us".

I just got this response from my Registrar when asking if they would provide registration/transfers of .uk domains.
Not sure how true this is with others??

"We provided this briefly however due to Nominets poor transfer and registration system when it comes to .uk domains it was removed.
We don't currently have any plans to reintroduce this unless they make a lot of changes."

I call that bringing nominet into disrepute, naughty registrar.
