I only check the PR on 2 of my sites, one has gone from PR 4 down to PR 3 and the other one has stayed at PR 5, would have been nice to see a 6 
Yes, there is a major update going on. Several other forums have had discussions going on for the last few days. Many of the forum members don't seem to think it matters much much the long threads prove that it is something that webmasters talk about.
