First ever sale - bit of help please

Bagged my first .co.uk sale.
Can any kind sir point me in the direction of a step by step thread to ease me through this quagmire of paperwork ?
If I suggest a 01 October submission is the fee £10 + vat ?

How are you getting paid for the domain, this is the first step

I usually accept a bank transfer or cheque from buyers in the UK and then once cheque has cleared print and fill my portion of the Nom transfer form..

Form

then send it to them to complete and return to Nominet.

When Nom recieve the form they email you for ID. I then send an email with a utility bill attached to Nom. When they confirm your ID they complete the transfer.
