what do you think of the new .xxx do you think its will be worthwhile for investment? will the potential 'good ones' be infringing tradmarks and such from the .com owners?

In the short term, no. In the long term, yes.

At this moment in time I just cannot see adult sites moving to a .xxx tld unless there is an injunction stating that all adult sites must be on the .xxx tld, which I believe there isn't.

Yeah I won't be getting .xxx domains, I have one adult domain that's just gathering dust over on sedo.

I think most big name adult specialist will make the move over. The're pushing responsible use and after all it was the big companies that wanted them in the first place.

Just to add to this, if rumours are to be believed some ISP's have already blocked the .xxx extension. India being one of them.
