So, I've just received the newsletter which says that Flip will be closing down in two weeks. Perhaps not entirely unrelated.
I'll be sad to see it go but it clearly wasn't a money spinner for them in the long term.

Ryan seems to be tired of “0”/low-profit activities and it looks like is preparing for business with better margins, less stress
