Yeah, choose a country, find a rental you can afford and book a flight. Assuming you can work remotely and make enough money to live off of course.

One thing I would say though is to try somewhere first on a month long holiday letting or something. I know quite a few people who've left the UK and hated living abroad due to being away from family etc and I know others who have never looked back. It's not for everyone but definitely something you should try if funds allow.

Just pick anywhere in Eastern Europe, dirt cheap and no one lives there, they are all over here!
