A few years back it was routine to be offered 48 x monthly income for a domain. Current best offers i have had have been around the 15 x mark. Massive drop off. Whats other peoples experience?

Depends on the names.

Back in t'good old days people didnt care that much about TM names, however now they see them as potential liabilities. Likewise it is riskier to make cash from straight parking due to liability risks.

The usual mantra of 'good names will always get good prices' holds up, just there has been readjustments in different areas.
