Probably made things a bit complicated for myself but I bought some sheets of polystyrene, cut out 7 layers to the rough shape including hole in middle for my head, stuck them together then cut and sanded to get nice and smooth and the correct shape.Then had to cover it in PVA glue in order to spray paint. Worked out quite well because the PVA made it nice and strong once hard!

Body is actualy 2 boxes cut and put together to get the correct shape and now painted black with a funky tie.

You know when you start these things thinking it will take 20 mins and a few quid, more like 2 days and about £50!! Suprising how quickly the money goes on paints, brushes, glue, materials... The head has 3 coats of PVA on it which was about 4 bottles.

Hi guys, just got back from a really good night.

We all ended up in a club and were unaware there was a competition running, at the end the owner came up and told us that me and my best friend had won (He was a transformer)

We got £100 resteraunt voucher, bottle of champaign and free drinks for the rest of the night
