How many more times do I have to contact this company to get them to correctly update my email addresses. I cannot access nominent online serviced because Heart Internet will not update the damn email despite numerous askings.

I fear this could be the end of our relationship.

im having the same problem at the moment.

had this on a couple of occasions before, but eventually fixed after a few emails.

I'm surprised that so many people dealing in .uk domains use 3rd parties rather than become Nominet members. I joined a long time back just simply to be able to take proper control of my domains as I had so much trouble with resellers. The joining fee is soon repaid in time saved.

I agree with this. It makes a lot of things a breeze and stress-free.

Heart Internet have really let me down recently.

For the time being I have a reseller account with them. They recently accused me of sending spam through one of my domains and suspended my account without notice.

I had to point them to an elementary guide that explained how to work out forged email headers before they admitted they'd got it wrong. It was such a stupid error to make.

Anyway they left my business email down for hours, and did a fantastic impression of not giving a damn about it, despite charging a hefty fee for their services.

Poor communications too, with a long turnaround when dealing with faults.

I used to recommend their services, nowadays I tell all my mates to steer well clear! They just don't really seem to care about their customers.

Cheers,

P.
