Help with Category import in WP

I have a list of AW categories and want to import them into a WP as categories.

Any help very welcome as I don't want to type in over 600 of them!!!

I had to do that on a site and manually built a big long list of 'raw' mysql INSERT in notepad/spreadsheet, then cut n paste that into phpmyadmin.

You need to get the right structure first, then merge the list in. Takes some time, but much less than doing it 600 times

Thanks Rob, I was hoping for a quick fix with a WP plugin and a category list thats flying about

Crazy as it may seem i'm going to manually enter them all to create custom SEO slugs to match.
