I know I've mentioned many a time how much I love dealing with the Yanks - for their "time-is-money" attitude to closing a deal.
But last week was a little 'Sweetener' for a dot Org sale to a British University. I wont post the doman but it is a strong two word business term (However in .org it always was going to be 'informative' usage to my mind)
Closed at 'nice' four figures, within a day and the buyer (on behalf of the University) asking if it's alright to post a 'thank you' acknowledgement to myself for releasing the domain to them.
Learned to see things in so many different light once again. All the rapid exchange of emails that day came from the 'Qualified head of department'
I'm just pleased to have a sweet reminder what is being shown to our Business University Students about domains in the market
