How to cut the budget defecit

This idea has been staring us in the face for centuries and could not only wipe out the budget defecit, but make the UK, (well England anyway) a financial powerhouse once again...

What we need to do, is license our language - there are billions of people around the world speaking and writing 'English' completely free - I think they should be paying a license fee. And yes, that means the Irish Scots and Welsh will need to cough up too - they've tried to disassossiate themselves with us for hundreds of years so that's their fault. The Welsh would get a discount as their signs are also in Welsh too.

This also means we could WIPO domains, generic or not so long as they're in English.

A license to speak English could be a resonable £100 PA; to write in English the same.

Sorry but sh*t in itself is an English word - hand it over or buy a license; you'll need two, the spoken and written. You're lucky I'm not backdating this as I have a sneaking suspicion that you've been using English for some time...

Of course, there is the other scenario. England faces financial annihilation as multiple lawsuits are raised for forcing so many countries to adopt English as their main language as they sought to colonise half the world.
