Any industry, just need to have a clean history.
Clean history is defined by having back links that are suitable for the domain. Example if the site was all about London tourism, and now has back links with the anchor text "pay day loan" or "pandora jewellery" then the site has been compromised and isn't really worth looking at.
In terms of MOZ rank 20+, Majestic Trust 13+
