i have come up with an invention, but not sure what to do next?
can anyone reccommend a good company that helps out with the process?
iv been looking at one: innovate-design.co.uk but not sure if its a scam or not.

I can't be specific about details, but I can say no action was actually taken against me due to their client being less than complete with the facts (in my opinion). It was more a case in the end they was infringing my copyright rather than myself trading off their trademark (previous rights was granted).

I've used them for patents from pre-application to being granted. UK, European and US patents, all successfully granted.

yes it was a chocolate saucepan ,is thinking was no washing up after use


i'm sure if i had a "eureka" moment i would plaster it on these boards before i had the patent out on it....
