I think the extension suits it. Scottish island with just under 3k population, however it is also a tourist destination and there seem to be live websites on similar domains.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

Contact every business on the island and the ferry companies there aren’t that many ?if you get no bites there’s your answer? I have one in a com and all I get is tyres kickers mainly at the start of the season. ~Otherwise there too interested in shagging sheep, beating away midges, and selling souvenirs made in china rest of the year?

I don't think you are correct about the sheep, the only known case in living memory was an Englishman interfering with a sheep, in England!
Clearly an English thing, we don't go in for that sort of thing in Scotland.

I know mull very well and all its little secrets including the sheep they moved them around so much from field to field to get £ from the eu that in the end they resulted in using satellites to count them, one other fact there aren’t that many scots on mull hence the worried sheep
