OK, this takes a little explaining but comes down to the fact that I've been offered a decent LLL.co.uk at what I think is a decent price (£2k) but don't have the cash at the moment because I've just put everything into a new house.

I believe the domain has very good prospects for reasons I can explain to interested parties.

Looking for someone who would be willing and able to put up half the money (£1k)

In consideration for me providing you with the name (which is not on the open market) and the reason why I think it has very good prospects, you will be confirming that you will not separately approach the seller unless I have confirmed that I no longer wish to buy the domain.

I was thinking the same, from what I know of Rob, he must be a corking name.
