Wanted: Domain Appraisal LL.ly Domains

I currently own two LL.ly domains. In July Libya decided that people who do not have a presence in Libya were not allowed to register domains with less than 4 characters. I'm in the UK so this doesn't include me. One of these domains is coming up for renewal (which is allowed), I'm not sure on the rules of transferring these domains, but do people recommend I renew or let it drop, considering the risks and potential rarity.

Would bin it, not worth much just as URL shorteners and that has been done to death.

Not sure why anyone would base a venture on such unstable extensions.

Find out about how to transfer and if you can transfer them, bang it on eBay for an easy £50

Checked on the Libyan spider network website. They seem to be confused between what "transfer" and "register" means.. I'll send them a support ticket.

one is zb.ly, so no, the other is 0l.ly (thats a zero) which happens to be my name (with an O!)
