I am looking to acquire established local community sites such as business directories, online communities, classifieds etc.

Large! budget for bigger sites but also interested in smaller local sites.

It needs to be established and generating a good amount of revenue! We are talking enough income to pay salaries etc.

I have a large budget for serious propositions!

2. Must be established with traffic and rankings.

@ oceanic, you might want to edit your first post to add that bit quoted, as people often don't bother looking at replies and just keep posting any old names.
