Any thoughts on value, I'm thinking about launching a PPC agency for small businesses on it (or may sit on it).

Looks as though a lot of advertising agencies use the phrase to describe their full-service offering.

If you've seen a workable niche - go with it. The domain wording seems to also hold small/medium business appeal. I haven't looked but "manageadvertising" would be my equal word pair search
