I'm building a fan site around him. It's new with very little content - will be adding as time goes by as its a long term plan.

Any initial thoughts re SEO, layout etc?

Or anyone with fan site experience?

Aim is to get to page 1 by end of Jan, and maybe top 3 results by mid next year.

As of yet I've not started link building but will consider with some good sites.

You should have some of the merchandise, e.g. DVDs, as clickable links right on the home page.

Design wise it's a little grey and could do with livening up a little. An image in the header would help. Maybe a background image too or a different colour instead of the grey.

I have a comedy dvds site if you want a link exchange.

I've had a quick play around and admit it does need brightening up. Will make some changes tonight - defo needs a big bright header picture and better background.

I would love to link exchange.
