Hi, has anyone any experience of software that can remove the passkey on samsung mobile phones/notes - a google search does bring up some that sound it will do it without any data loss but looking for recommendations? I do not want to do factory reset as there is important data on there :(

Thanks!

Most newer Samsung phones have data encryption by default. In this case, like on iPhone’s it’s near enough impossible to recover the data without the password.

I'm pretty sure encryption is on by default in the newest Android versions.
When you set your first passcode it enables encryption.
I hear Cellebrite are good at this kind of things ;)

Did you sort access to your mobile?
If the data is really important to you - you should be able to find a local fix-a-fone guy to take it apart and access the data - see this YT from John McAfee:
