my website as a frame under another's menu bar

Should I be bothered about my site appearing on someone else's url?

They have their menubar at the top but my entire site is under it.
Does Google know what is happening? Does what they're doing help or hurt me?

Well as far as google is concerned thats two seperate pages, so just introduce a framebreaker and force it on to your own URL, then use that one for google.
