Do they both only book a single upcoming drop of a domain to one single customer? (I guess they must or it wouldn't make sense) And in that case, how far in advance do you have to book to be the "chosen one" for a good dropping domain?

yep they go first come first served. Its not uncommon for names to be booked before they even go suspended if there that good.

Do you have a website to setup orders, or is it phone orders only for your drop catching service?
