New site for Monday comments please!

This site is to be launched for one of our clients on Monday and wondered if anyone could give me a quick once over as any comments and feed back would be good.

Still a few tweaks to do like SEO etc but 99.999% there.

Line height is cutting off the baseline in the footer links, and it is displaced above center (sorry centre.. I even write in html now!). e.g tails on the y's

Rogue comment tail (-->) below hydraulics banner

I never like to see header links underlined, I'd also consider a stronger font-weight.

Search input text again line-height issues with text vertical alignment.

Possibly change the black on white text for grey eg #ccc. Too much contrast.

Otherwise ok.

When viewing the site using my Opera browser, one of the menu links, "how to find us", has dropped down and is obscuring the welcome text, see screenshot, that problem is not there when using FireFox:

Looks tidy - DB needs a clean of test items Search results for: 'test'

The 'favicon' thing looks like an M symbol but cant see that logo anywhere else?

Top left main logo looks a little over compressed perhaps?

yes i think the black is harsh,i would probably have it in grey like the search button on the right handside,or because you have grey fadeout then probably that.
