A quick question are nnn.co.uk and nnnn.co.uk of any value at all?

nnn.co.uk seem to have a resale value of between around £250 to £650 but can easily be £xxxx to end users.

nnnn.co.uk not really unless it is a dictionary word.

nnn.co.uk is much more limited in .uk than .com. nnnn.co.uk - years might have value, but not much else.
