I don't think Andrew meant to dictate anything - I took it as a recommendation to be followed or ignored.

Anyway, good to have a reminder since 3pm is not the most intuitive finishing time!

I think if you need a recommendation because you can't decide for yourself then maybe you shouldn't have a vote.

Actually on the special resolution I was pointing it out because it's easy to miss. Or if you do find it to just click agree along with the accounts/auditors.

Nominet already has space for four executive board members and only uses three spaces (CEO, CTO, COO) - it could if it wanted to appoint a finance director (CFO). But no it wants to appoint another non-executive director with financial experience!

On the NED election I posted the YouTube video and of course feel free to vote for who ever you like.
