Non UK Domain Transfers

What's the best way to transfer a domain to someone outside of the UK with regard to nominet data validation? Do they need a UK address now? If so how best to go about that. Thanks.

My understanding is that a non-UK address is still okay for .co.uk and Nominet will attempt to validate the address just as they would a UK address.

For .uk domains, a UK address of service is required.

Yep, any address is fine for .co.uk, they may have to prove the address is correct if Nominet can't validate it.
