9900 local exacts on google.

Pretty new to all this, so I'm wondering if there's any resale value to the name alone, if it's worth developing or if it's a waste of time!

Very competitive area but high CPC so the rewards are definitely there. Only worth developing if you can plough a lot of time and effort into it. You could create an auction on here and see what happens.
