One Of My Sites Got Some Coverage Today

It's been a funny two weeks with the players on MO and a mixed day today, £1400 down, might be £800 up by the end but it might be alright. I just got pee'd off with the wrong namecheck at the end, I'm never happy.

I have had quite a bit of free press over the years and it always amazes me how little unique traffic that brings, I have had a half page feature in the Mirror twice for free and braced myself thinking all hell would break loose.

Thanks, I haven't been in the media for years with MO, a few national rags, radio play and of course local snippets and comments but not working on the site as I used to they've stopped coming to me for quotes. But it's good to have the players on, well various players and their missus have been reading and posting for years but I don't recall any revealing themselves like this. Oo er. With any luck a national will have the story tomorrow, maybe.

MO was in the Millwall programme in October, one of the players was interviewed and he mentioned he reads the site - I was only told this last week, and the site before was ihatecrazyfrog in print, online and radio play back in 2004, yes traffic is minimal from these things but it all helps a little. I do feel a bit guilty because I slate the players and club officials something rotten sometimes. Oh well...

Getting on the bbc is good because they put a link to your website on theirs (we got one link and went straight from a google pr of 3 to 6!).

i am getting some good coverage from Recycle.co.uk now. Make you feel good when one of your sites is talked about (well i do anyway ahha)

well done lee and put links to your other sites on that site now as that should get your other sites in good stead on search engines.

A columnist who uses the forum did a write up on it for the Telegraph on Sunday. Rod Liddle. Site and subject was mentioned on Talksport yesterday and another write up in the Evening Standard last night. I'm still trying to get copies of both.
